'Kintoki' may reach 15 ft in height by 10 ft in width in 20 years. The yellow clustered flowers appear in late winter to early spring giving a uniquely timed interest. The bark on the 'Kintoki' Cornelian cherry dogwood has a nice flaking to it, giving additional year-round interest. The green foliage turns to a bright red to purple-red fall color. The bright orange to red fruit also add to the autumn display but are sweet and tasty.
