Since there is more "core" (cotton) and less rubber the Open Corsa Evo SC II's  Corespun 320 tpi casing, the tire SC has amazing suppleness, allowing the tire to effortlessly conform to the pavement for the lowest possible rolling resistance. That same flexibility increases the SC's grip on the road surface, and works with the ISOgrip SC rubber compound to create the highest level of traction in both wet and dry conditions. 

ISOgrip SC is Vittoria's race-formulated tread compound, maximized for traction. As such, it will allow a tire to corner like no other, but limits longevity.
